Mike and Mollie are two of the most stupendous people I’ve ever met. They are incredibly kind, generous and FUN! Photographing their love story has been such a pleasure.
Their wedding day was lovely and colorful – even with overcast skies. What?! When does that happen in Arizona.
Mike and Mollie were joyful and the energy of the day was high, despite the threat of down-pouring rain. With perfect timing, the weather held up until after the ceremony. I am a sucker for heartfelt, handwritten vows, and meaningful traditions. Mike and Mollie had all of that and more in their ceremony with tearful vows, and hand-fasting.
The table tops were decorated with colorful playing cards, and party hats – because a colorful and fun wedding was all that Mike and Mollie wanted. They shared a donut hole exchange in lieu of a cake cutting, and danced their first dance in party hats. These two are just the cutest. I hope you enjoy a few of my favorite shots of the day, and their cinematic story at the bottom.
